We had my daughter's 8th birthday party here. I think it's a great venue for younger children, probably around 10 and under. The girls had a great time, and our hostess was very nice.

The kids enjoy it for the most part, although we've been 3 times and they don't want to go again. I recommend long pants due to the friction burns they can get on the inclines. (they don't allow jeans) They did enjoy the rock wall and the beam pit. (although could use some refurbishing) Seems they've changed their pricing also and its more expensive since they have different package now for arcade and jumping. Id like to see a little more attention from associates given to cleanliness of the tables and monitoring of out of control kids. it also smells like dirty feet in there. I guess that's to be expected...

Great staff especially Gia who was our hostess for my sons birthday party.

An additional person working the front register would have been helpful when checking in large groups.

We had our son's 9th birthday party here. The games, and people were really nice. We had a great party host, her name is Taylor.

Had a lot of fun here with the grand kids! Lots of different courses to bounce on, dodge ball, basket ball, pugil beam and a decent arcade. The bathrooms were very clean, a lot of the local restaurants should take a hint from the cleanliness... oh and the whole family cost was very good a definite bargain.

11/3/18 - Saturday posted hours on the website and on the front door say that they are open till 12:00AM. After a long day, we my wife and I took my son and his friend to JW to jump for the last hour of the day, We showed up at 11:00pm. Upon entering the girl behind the counter quickly yelled towards us "We're closed!" after asking what time they close she told me midnight. Confused, I asked her again. She told me that since hey didn't have any customers, they decided to close early. I looked around and saw several kids still jumping... At that point, someone who looked to be about 19 years old claiming to be the manager came up and said that the kids could jump. The girl behind the counter said that she already closed down the registers. The "manager" simply shrugged his shoulders and said that "there's nothing they could do, sorry." Now I have two disappointed 10 year olds staring at me, after promising them jumping world for the past 2 hours. This was by far the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. How can a company just close because they're slow, with customers in the store, and all the employees literally sitting around acting like a bunch of toddlers? What kind of service is that? Jumping World is getting run into the ground because of crappy service and employees that don't care. This is what happens when you let children run your company.

So, we took my son and his best friend to Jumping World tonight. My son is 9 and his friend 10. The sign says 12:00 is when they close. We walked in at 11:00 PM. The young kids at the counter said no they can't jump we are closed. We asked why the change of hours and their replies were they did not have a whole lot of customers so they are closing early. That was that. We are so upset, the kids are upset and the place just doesn't seem to care. My husband called someone and they gave us 2 hour coupons for a future visit. The money is not the issue, it is the time with the kids at this moment.

Love this trampoline park! Friendly for multiple age ranges. More fun options than just jumping as well. Had my son’s 5th birthday and while it was expensive it included a lot and the host wade it so easy!!

Great a/c place for kids to jump and get out their energy! My family and I had a great time. We would go again!

Great place to tire the kids out. My nephew and his friends had a blast. He even rode the bull! Ask for Casey Nguyen!
